Shipping is based on total weight and volume of the order as well as the origin address and the receiver address. Most often, we use FedEx Ground to ship orders. We only ship to the United States and Canada at this time.
Please be aware that all of our products are made to order and most orders take 3 to 7 business days to print, package and ship.
CHANGES TO ORDER AND CANCELLATION POLICY
● If you need SMALL changes made to your order, then you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will check to see if the changes needed are permissible in our current production environment.
● If you need LARGE changes made to your order, we suggest you cancel your order and replace it with all of the changes needed.
● If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
